Professional Experience
Henrique de Castro Neves serves as the coordinator of the Master of Business Administration program at the American Global Tech University (AGTU), where he also teaches. Additionally, he is an associate professor at Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC). He works as a family office manager and consultant in various sectors, primarily agribusiness, consumer goods (FMCG), and private equity funds. As an executive, he has worked in both a nationally operating family business and a British multinational corporation. As a board member, he has held seats in public and private institutions. He holds bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Accounting, a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology, and a PhD in Applied Economic Sciences. He has national and international academic publications and is the author of three books.
