Finmaster University Story

The university was founded in 1995 by a group of renowned economists, led by Dr. João Silva and Dr. Maria Oliveira. Their vision was to create an institution dedicated to excellence in financial education, training highly skilled professionals for the global market.

Foundation of Finmaster University.

Since its founding, Finmaster University has expanded its academic portfolio, starting with undergraduate courses in Economics and Business Administration. Today, it offers a variety of undergraduate, graduate, MBA, and extension courses, covering areas such as Finance, Risk Management, and Entrepreneurship.

Talking about Future

Finmaster University aims to expand our dual degree programs and develop new specializations that meet market demands over the next five years with AGTU. As part of this partnership, we are planning to launch a master's program in Sustainable Finance, aligned with global trends. To increase student participation in dual degree programs, we will conduct awareness campaigns and offer scholarships for students enrolling in these programs. Additionally, we will introduce innovative teaching technologies, such as financial simulations and project-based learning.

Growth Projections

Our enrollment target for dual degree programs over the next 3-5 years is to reach 2,000 enrollments. To achieve this, we plan to expand into new markets, focusing on Latin America and Europe, particularly targeting students seeking finance education. We will enhance our current program offerings by continually reviewing and updating our curricula in collaboration with AGTU to ensure relevance. Additionally, we are investing in technology and faculty training to support the growth and expansion of these partnerships.
